ALAM yellow fruit smoothie bowl
This amazing ALAM yellow fruit smoothie bowl is satisfying, nutrient-rich and naturally sweet! A healthy, plant-based breakfast or snack.
Ingredients for 1 bowl:
– 1 scoop ALAM superfood powder
– 1 banana
– 2 handfuls of spinach
– ½ avocado
– ½ pear
– 250ml oat milk (or other plant-based milk of your choice)
For the topping: (add however many you want, or all)
– ½ mango in thin slices
– ½ banana in slices
– ½ dragon fruit, in cubes or balls
– 1 kiwi, in cubes or balls
– A few slices of star fruit
– A handful of green grapes
– A few tablespoons of granola
– 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
– A few edible flowers
1. Put the ingredients for the smoothie together in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with the toppings.
