ALAM avocado toast

This ALAM avocado toast recipe is an easy, delicious and healthy meal that tastes incredible!

Ingredients for 2 toasts:
– 1 scoop ALAM superfood powder blend
– 1 1/2 avocado
– 1/2 lemon
– 2 slices of whole grain bread
– Wakame seaweed salad
– 2 tablespoons of mixed nuts and seeds (walnut, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sesame)
– Mixed cress or micro greens

Directions:
1. Mash the whole avocado together with the ALAM superfood powder, season with salt and pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.
2. Toast the slices of bread.
3. Slice the half avocado into thin slices and sprinkle over a little lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
4. Top the toasted bread with the mashed avocado and decorate with the slices of avocado, seaweed salad, mixed seeds and the micro greens.
